Costa Palmas is a thousand-acre resort on the tranquil and swimmable Sea of Cortés in Los Cabos. Pedriks was engaged at the very beginning of this project to create a Development Storyline and Brand Strategy for the property, which includes a Four Seasons resort, residences and villas, as well as a golf course, marina, working organic farm and village. Positioning around the notion of a Sea of Dreams and an Elemental Luxury. An extensive photo and video shoot, the logo, and marketing materials across every platform followed.
